Picture Of The Week

Here’s the PotW, it’s called “Moonlore: Sankke” by one of my favourite artists ~O-mie.  O-mie does lots of fantasy work and what I love about her art is in lots of cases she uses a glow-like effect to her colored pictures.  It makes the picture’s colores flow in an interesting way; at least that’s what I think.
